Let forms do the work

The biggest impact is that we can now collect structured guest information before they arrive, making operations smoother and the guest experience far better.

Also, we can design multiple forms for different use cases: bookings, indemnities, retreat sign-ups, staff applications, and more. Giving us a level of flexibility we never had.

I tried the Form2Doc feature, and it works beautifully! I am so excited! I can now easily send certificates of participation - provide attendees with the link to request the certificate - as well as more easily send agreements that people sign using the form.

This opens the door to so many more uses!

I found Formplus and looked at the specifications, capabilities and the fact that it allowed file uploads.

I played around for a bit, got it to work the way I wanted it to, and I knew that it was a great starting point.

Using Formplus has decreased our time and cost ten times over: we have saved ourselves some paper and the cost of printing out paper applications.

This also means that we can access data much quicker and documents can easily be uploaded for review before we accept students in our school. It is also 100% faster to obtain enrollment applications.
