Autofill Form Data from Spreadsheet

How does it work?

• Create a form and upload a spreadsheet containing respondent’s existing data
• Map out this data on your form and then send out email invites to your respondent(s)
• The prefilled form is distributed to respondents so they can update their information. Any updates they make will feed directly back into your database
