Location Enabled Forms

With the user’s consent, the Geolocation feature allows you to determine the physical location of the person filling out your form. This feature uses Google Maps Web Services to pinpoint the nearest physical address as well as the longitude and latitude.

This is very useful for fieldwork and survey forms that need to map the location of each submitted form.
