During that time, the inner circle listens but doesn’t contribute to the conversation. At the end of 3 minutes, 2 people from the outer circle switch places with 2 people from the inner circle, and those 4 people discuss their thoughts on the topic for 3 minutes. This continues until everyone in both circles has had a chance to participate in the conversation.
